All Hands Up Inc is a company dedicated to supporting the mental health and well-being of youth in high schools and colleges in NYC. Our three programs are designed to promote mental awareness and empower young individuals to developmental resilience for a better future.

Our primary focus is on student athletes, as we believe in the power of physical activity to enhance mental strength and stamina. By working with experienced physical trainers, we aim to provide comprehensive conditioning programs to help our participants build their physical and mental resilience.

Through our programs, we strive to create a supportive and educational environment that encourages open conversations about mental health, promotes self-care practices, and empowers young people to navigate the challenges they face with confidence and resilience.

At All Hands Up Inc, we are committed to fostering a community where youth can thrive, both physically and mentally, and ultimately build a foundation for a brighter tomorrow.
