Todays guest needs very little introduction. She is an international, award winning singer/ songwriter who is touring Europe, with her third album it’s way. She is Alexandra Alden.
Before I began this interview, I told Alexandra that I wanted this podcast to be an opportunity for us all to get to know the Alex behind her music and all the success we see on social media.
Alexandra, like many of us, is on a search for belonging. Through her music she navigates captivating tales about morality and love, the gentle wisdom of the butterfly effect as well as the immensity and beauty of nature.
In this episode we unpack Alex's childhood and future and stumble upon the theme we all share of fear of the unknown, specifically, Alex's fears around becoming a mother. It's a raw, vulnerable episode that provides a healing space for us all to access these emotions within us.
