    • From Mind to Heart
      Feb 5 2026

In this powerful conversation, Sigmar Berg, founder of Lovetuner, shares his mission to reconnect hearts through the 528 Hz "love frequency" — known as the miracle tone for DNA repair and healing. We explore moving from mind to heart, achieving true presence, overcoming societal disconnection, the science and spirituality of vibration, and how simple breathwork with the Lovetuner can shortcut meditation and raise your frequency.

Sigmar discusses his journey from architecture and fashion design to creating this wearable mindfulness tool after a profound 528 Hz sound experience. We cover real-world impacts (like eliminating bullying in schools), the law of resonance, authenticity, dealing with negative vibes, focusing on the next generation, and why spiritual revolution — not politics — is the path forward.

      Key topics:

      Heart coherence vs. intellectual living

528 Hz as the original tuning frequency (pre-440 Hz shift)

Measuring vibration's ripple effect on the world

      Building community through tuning together

Personal motivation and handling criticism on a love-centered path

Sigmar Berg is an entrepreneur, artist, photographer, and fashion designer. Berg has spent his life seeking to bring wellness and balance to the world through art, design, and conscious consumerism, which brings him to his most exciting venture yet: the Lovetuner.

After years of seeking, learning, researching, and gathering knowledge from all fields of life and from all over the world, Sigmar is impassioned to introduce the Lovetuner to the world.

We are living in a time of great chaos, division, and instability, but also one which has created an incredible opportunity for change. Sigmar hopes to heal the world through spiritual and physical attunement, mindfulness, and a stepped path to renewal and growth for every human.
