They reflect on his journey to a formal diagnosis, the feeling of having to ‘come out’ more than once, and how navigating both identities has shaped his confidence, sense of belonging and understanding of himself.

The conversation also touches on masking, the pressure to fit societal norms, and what it’s like navigating LGBTQIA+ spaces as a neurodivergent person. Along the way, they share practical insights on how colleagues can better support one another, and why taking the time to understand different lived experiences matters.
