I am heart broken of what is happening.

On this father's day I reflect on my job as a dad and how we need to take care of ourselves too.

Too often dads press on and don't tell others their struggle. We spent time making others strong we can't let them think we are anything but. So we hold in feeling and emotions.

In a country that is free and gives people a better life the government has a funny way of showing it. The military style raids on stores, court houses and elementary schools is Un-American. Rather than a coordinated process to find the bad guys ICE raids the places they least likely to be. Make it make sense.
