À propos de ce contenu audio
If you’ve ever left youth group feeling discouraged because you’re not as close to the students as you hoped you’d be, this episode is for you.
Showing up week after week can feel exhausting when relationships don’t come easily or as quickly as you expected. It’s easy to start wondering if you’re doing something wrong...or if it would be easier to quietly step back altogether.
In this episode, I’m sharing a story from my own journey in youth ministry that reminded me why perseverance matters more than we often realize. We’ll also talk through a few gentle, practical reminders for staying present and encouraged when the fruit of faithfulness feels slow.
If you’re tempted to give up, my hope is that this conversation feels like someone sitting next to you, reminding you that your presence matters more than you think, and that what’s being built may not be visible yet.
