Erica London created Colour Their World a business that creates inclusive education for children. Her main focus is to provide kids with a voice and give them opportunities to connect with those around them.

🙋🏿‍♀️Her Why!? She worked a career for two decades where her voice was not heard. Losing that career, though she did not know it - gave her an opportunity! As she was thinking about her next career, she was also grieving the loss of an uncle. Losing her uncle, she knew her kids had no way of truly understanding or expressing their thoughts!
