This M. Night Shyamalan film needs a second watch if you've seen it before!  Austin & Andy along with guest Amanda, dissects this film and offers some deep perspectives that most missed on the first watch.  If you have not seen this movie, please watch it first and then listen to the podcast.  There are tons of SPOILERS!

This 2007 American drama science fiction film directed by Richard Schenkman is the perfect film for Austin and Andy to explore different options for dealing with a situation like this.  An impromptu party for a college professor becomes a mysterious interrogation when he reveals to his colleagues that he thousands of years old.

A couple discover a strange room in their new house that grants material wishes, but all they want is a child.  Austin and Andy give their perspective on what they would do if they happened upon a strange door. 

Austin and Andy insert themselves into the dystopian action horror films known as, The Purge!   They also offer a deeper perspective on this popular franchise.

If you were in the world of Apple+'s show Severance, directed by Ben Stiller, where the human mind can be "severed" into multiple personalities, how would you use it? Or would you use it at all? Annie, played by Maika Monroe, is forced into a dangerous, supernatural game of tag and hot potato when she contracts a sexually-transmitted curse and must decide whether or not to pass it to someone else in order to live, all while being followed by an unstoppable malevolent being. Austin and Andy talk about how to make that decision, and how to stay safe when being hunted.
