Let’s Sit with That is a mental health & wellness podcast hosted by Tiffany Dixon, a marketing specialist with KJTL (Texoma’s FOX) and KFDX (NBC) in Wichita Falls, Texas. Produced through the KFDX+ streaming platform, the podcast features conversations with local mental health professionals from across Texoma as they share their stories, discuss the services they provide, and help educate the community on important mental health topics. The goal is not only to highlight the professionals making a difference throughout Texoma, but also to help reduce the stigma surrounding mental health through honest, meaningful discussion & increased awareness of available resources.
