Birthed from the ashes of a self and way of being that went up in flames, watching my inner landscape turn into barren black dark earth. I retreated into a cocoon, living in the very uncomfortable tight hold of my own becoming. There was no way around it this time - the way was through. My soul reminded me of this choice that I made when I birthed my daughter: she was the spark that lit my flame. I return to knowing myself as flame, I return as Shikha.

Meet me at the river is a storytelling, contemplative and reflective podcast where I tell the stories within. I journey into the musings of my mind, the stories that ask to be told and the wisdom of my lived life experiences. I witness, engage with, and tell about the human experience as a devotional, spiritual path - where bringing forth what is within you becomes an offering to the mystery.
