August Biniaz is the Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer of CPI Capital, a real estate private equity firm focused on acquiring and managing multifamily investment properties. In his role, he leads the company's investment strategy, oversees acquisitions and asset management, and works closely with investors to identify opportunities that preserve and grow capital. Through disciplined underwriting and strategic market analysis, he helps guide the firm's portfolio and ensures each investment aligns with long-term investor goals.

Before co-founding CPI Capital, August built a diverse background in the real estate industry. He began his career as a real estate agent in British Columbia, gaining hands-on experience in market dynamics and client relationships. He later expanded into property flipping and development, eventually founding White Rhino Developments where he built custom and spec single-family homes. These experiences strengthened his entrepreneurial mindset and deepened his expertise in identifying undervalued real estate opportunities.

Today, August plays a key role in growing CPI Capital's investor network and expanding the firm's presence in the private equity real estate space. Since the firm's inception, he has helped lead the acquisition of hundreds of millions of dollars in multifamily assets.
