À propos de ce contenu audio
In Episode 10, Tomee weaves the story of her work journey and her successes, not being forged from the diversity, equity, and inclusion business case. For Tomee, her work life as an adult began before workplaces formalized diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives. She raises the issues of health, safety, well-being, culturally responsive services, and the need to uphold human rights in light of many corporations moving away from DEI. Tomee also sheds light on the challenges of centring the business case for DEI.
Tomee provides listeners with guiding questions to use during their self-reflection.
