Hustle & Heels (HH) is a business training and support platform set up to foster entrepreneurial excellence among ambitious business owners, transitioning career professionals, and early-stage start-ups in the UK. Through a variety of events and services that support individuals at the different stages of their entrepreneurial journey, HH is proactively working to shorten the entrepreneurial trajectory to success and decrease the start-up failure rate in the UK.

Jen Scott is a Founding Partner and Creative Director of Hustle & Heels leading on the strategic development, vision implementation, and operations of the social enterprise.​With over 16 years of experience developing her own entrepreneurial interests, Jen is passionate about accelerating the development of others by equipping them with the information and tools they need to avoid making the same mistakes she has in the business. 

Jay is also a founding partner of Hustle & Heels. Jay manages community and social media engagement, along with internal business management. Jay is also a corporate solicitor, working part-time in Hustle & Heels supporting entrepreneurs to work through their problems with a solution-focused approach to growth and development.
