The files contain reports on UFOs and ethnology and were compiled between 1979 and 1984. Access to the original documents, held at Archives New Zealand, is restricted until 2043. The documents were reviewed again in 2012. One document, dated September 15, 1980, discusses the "Ethology of Light." The writer claims to have a color photo of a "Heautationg" craft in action and intends to send a copy to the recipient. The author mentions plans to send photos to publications, including the Sun Herald of Sydney and the Real Names for a Space Craft reference. The author also mentions having seen a craft the previous night and describes it as a "Fantastic Show." The author suggests that people from another planet or universe are responsible for the "Ethology." The author mentions having a "Favouable" contact and states that there are two more "Phatapes" than the original two. The author states that they are operating "Easy clear night" as "The Days" shorten. The author goes on to write about the vast speeds of light and how the "Space Boys" use light to cover their operations. They mention that the public may be unaware of some of the space travelers, like the two that are well hidden. The author claims to have a photo of one of the travelers. The author writes about the "Tech" of the "Space Boys," and states that it is missing water and oxygen. The author states that they are keeping busy and are in no rush. They mention missing an opportunity to get a photo because the traveler they were trying to photograph was parked on a roof. The author writes that the recipient may receive visitors from other planets, and states that Jesus told his followers that there is a place for everyone. The author writes that the space travelers know a lot about Earthlings, including what is in their heads. They claim to have placed an "Ethology" on someone 5000 years ago to watch humans and note their every move. The author claims that "The Sun" gives out ethnology and there are other dimensions. They mention their daughter having her chromosomes replaced in an earlier letter. The author claims that Jesus walked on water because someone replaced his dimension, and that the recipient can read more about it in the book of Ethology.
