Teresa is a passionate social worker with decades of experience in the school system. She loves to help people better connect with others, become more independent, and solve challenges in life. She is a people person and loves to learn.

As a social worker, she works with hundreds of school kids to improve their lives. Aside from being there for them as a listener that cares, she provides guidance and plans fun activities to help them better connect with others and improve themselves. 

Her biggest challenge is being able to let go of stressful events in life. it's hard to do for many people. She is overcoming that with journaling, yoga, meditation, and having fun attending baseball games. 

Her dream is to continue improving herself and helping others to do the same.
