I am such a routine person and I can fall off track so easily when my routine gets thrown off even slightly.
And of course, weekends are going to be the biggest recurring thing that can throw you off. So great that they happen every week 😅 jk jk, we love weekends!
Seriously though, sometimes I just want to keep doing everything exactly the same on the weekends just so I don't fall off track, but we all know that's not how it works 💁🏼♀️
I've got a few tips for you for not falling off on the weekends.
What it all boils down to is planning ahead, and your mindset.
When we just turn our brains off after one small thing goes off plan, that's when we start to get into trouble (guilty 🙋🏼♀️)
