How do you give yourself grace?

It sounds easy (maybe...) but what does it look like?

In the first episode of The Women Leaders School Podcast, Cristin answers a question from a client. The client is currently going through a rough patch and understands that she should give herself grace. It sounds very reasonable, but she has no idea what sort of actions would actually fit the bill.

1. People pleasing and how it fills your time.
2. Committing to actions because of how you *think* you *should* be.
3. Believing you need to do something a certain way for it to be done to your level of expectations.
