It's been a really hard week. I reached out to my friend, Tyger-Lee for a chat. Mum to mum, Jew to Jew, human to human...our hope is that this raw, unfiltered conversation will support you to feel less alone. We hope that this conversations serves as a reminder to take care of your emotional, mental, physical and spiritual health and know that wherever you're at and however you're feeling....it's ok. And offer this question - can you meet yourself right now with loving compassion?

I'm so grateful to Tyger for coming on the podcast so last minute and sharing her feelings, wisdom and experiences of how she's navigating this time. I also share the things that are helping me. We don't have answers or resolutions, just some reflections in the hope this resonates with you.

Please feel free to reach out to Tyger or myself if you are needing support right now and we can direct you to some incredible resources too if needed.
