À propos de ce contenu audio

My name is Genesis Elijah. I'm a rapper. I've been a rapper for over 20 years and in that time I've had no big songs. Not even one. I've never seen the charts. Never even got close. Because of this I've been told many times that I'm unsuccessful. I've been called a failure. But I do own my own house and drive a nice car and eat take out at least 3 times a week and go away at least once a year. I'm far from rich but I'm not broke. On the ‘How To Become An Unsuccessful Rapper’ podcast we look beyond the smoke and mirrors of the rap game and see how you can build a sustainable career without ever having a hit song. . .

I've released about 17 projects independently and countless singles. All of them independently with very little money.
