Welcome back to Hot Magical and Human. After a two-year hiatus, I'm returning to share what happened during that time - a period that fundamentally reshaped both who I am and the work I now do in the world. period of my life. I went through what I can only describe as an external dark night of the soul - a complete crumbling that forced me to rebuild from the ground up.

Two years ago, I thought I was on an upswing. I was building my business, creating community, making impact, and starting to live the life I'd always dreamed of. Then everything changed. I lost my sense of safety, my job, my mom, and had to navigate grief in a way I never imagined possible.

But here's what I learned: even in our darkest moments, even when life is messy and hard, we can still build a rich, aligned life. We can carry both the grief and the joy. And with the right tools - simple, sustainable, strategic tools - we can find our way back to our heart magic.

Today, I'm sharing my story of the past two years, the collapse, the rebuilding, and the emergence. I'm talking about what it means to trust the flow, to find miracles in the darkness, and to build a life that's truly aligned with who we are at our core.

Through this journey, I've discovered exactly who I'm here to serve: the "I can't do one thing" humans—the ambitious, multi-faceted people who need to build an entire ecosystem around their passions and purpose. Offering cohort-based coaching to help generalists shine in their aligned ecosystems, I'm creating a community called Oui Gather for IRL connection, and I've developed a program called Heart Magic—because I believe we're all on a journey either toward or away from our heart magic, our truth, our most authentic selves.

I've changed. I'm softer in some ways, more courageous in others. I just turned 50, and I'm finally living unapologetically as myself. And I'm here to help you do the same—to get closer to your heart magic and build the rich, aligned life you're meant to live.

I reflect on my own experiences and how shame can manifest in our bodies and emotions. I explore the origins of shame and how it is often rooted in learned behaviours and past traumas.

I share really vulnerable bullying and dating stories to highlight the journey and how my healing continually brings me closer to my dreams these days. My Moonshot empire dreams brought me full circle to the wounds that keep me small and stuck.

I share because I want you to feel empowered in your journey too. We all face shame but often alone and in the shadows so was inspired to open the discussion.
