It's not God who decides who is a sinner; it's society. Think about it: each culture has its own idea of what is sin and what is not. Most agree that theft or murder are sins but when it comes to other 'sins of the flesh' - or physical human body sins, it depends entirely on the system. And when the system thinks it's God...

St. Paul had his moments ... and then he had his other moments... And then the translators came along...

We all know the phrase 'money is the root of all evil.' Some of us know that it's more accurately 'the LOVE of money is the root of all evil.' Both those translations are somewhat inaccurate. What was written in 1. Timothy is really rather beautiful and gives us much food for thought.

In a world that currently worships Mammon, healing our relationship with money is vital.
