    The No. 22 Arkansas Razorbacks (29-16) are up two spots in D1 Baseball's Top-25 rankings, and for good reason. The Hogs are fresh off a series victory against the Missouri Tigers. Arkansas opened the series with a 5–4 comeback win, highlighted by a go-ahead two-run homer from Zack Stewart in the 8th inning. Missouri had jumped out early, but Arkansas chipped away and used late power to steal the opener. The Razorbacks followed with a 6–0 shutout, getting dominant pitching and timely offense. The win clinched the series for Arkansas and continued Missouri’s offensive struggles. Missouri avoided the sweep with a 6–1 victory. The Tigers jumped on Arkansas early with a big first inning and backed it up with strong relief pitching. The fourth-seeded Hogs recently ended No. 12 seed High Point's Cinderella run after a 94-88 victory in the second round. According to the NCAA, No. 1 Arizona was picked by 18.08 percent of fans to win the tournament, the second-highest percentage, behind Duke's 25.12 percent. Arkansas brings one of the best offenses in college hoops to the Sweet 16. Standout freshman guard Darius Acuff Jr. is averaging 30.0 points per game in the NCAA Tournament thus far.

    The No. 4 seed Arkansas Razorbacks are going dancing. Arkansas earned the No. 4 seed after beating Vanderbilt 86-75 in the SEC Championship on Sunday. Shortly thereafter, the Hogs were picked as the fourth seed in the West Region. The Razorbacks are slated to take on No. 13 Hawai'i in Portland, Oregon, at the Moda Center on Thursday, March 19. The game will be televised on TBS at 3:25 p.m. It is the third time the two programs have played on the hardwood, with the first two meetings occurring on back-to-back days in 1977 in Honolulu. Arkansas finished the year 26-8 in addition to being crowned SEC Tournament champions. The Hogs finished as SEC runner-up during the regular season. Hawai'i (24-8) beat UC Irvine in the Big West Tournament finals and finished second in Big West play. Should Arkansas win its first-round matchup, the Razorbacks would face the winner of No. 5 seed Wisconsin and No. 12 seed High Point on Saturday, March 21, in Portland. The Razorbacks hold a career NCAA Tournament record of 52-36, and hold a strong record in first-round games, at 20-8.
