Hi, I’m your host, Better Than Before Journals (or BTBF once we get closer ☺️)

I’m someone who cares deeply about growth, people, and purpose, especially during seasons of change. By day, I work in partnerships and explore community impact. Beyond work, I value honest conversations, reflection, and the quiet lessons that come from trying, learning (especially vicariously), and starting again.

This podcast is a space for my thoughts, real conversations about careers, ambition, identity, and personal growth. Some episodes will be reflective, others motivating, but all are rooted in authenticity and curiosity.
