    • Looking For Something Spooky - Try Ghost Touring
      Jan 10 2023

The opening of 12 new tour destinations across the country was announced by US Ghost Adventures, a travel firm that offers amusing, historical, and real ghost tours of some of the most haunted places in the country. Currently, the business owns and runs the notorious Lizzie Borden House as well as excursions and experiences in more than 50 locations in America's most haunted destinations.

US Ghost Adventures began by running tours and encounters in 20 locations when it first debuted on the east coast. On the Junket app (wejunket.com), a platform for the creation and distribution of virtual augmented experiences, which transforms your phone into a tour guide, Zaal switched gears and spent even more in the development of smartphone led ghost tours.

The business has made an investment in GhostFlix, a service that offers 24/7 access to virtual ghost tours of US locations, which have proven to be popular for both corporate and private occasions. In the most haunted cities in the United States, US Ghost Adventures offers fun, interesting, and real ghost tours and encounters. Tour guides provide entertaining, frank, and spine-tingling descriptions of the very real hauntings that are so common in this country.

    • Bee Educated On This Fresh Foodie Trail
      Jan 4 2023

To support bee education and sustainability, Visit Mesa is sponsoring two beehives at Freeman Farms. The Fresh Foodie Trail®, an interconnected series of culinary experiences at local farms, threads tourists through Mesa and into the nearby cities of Queen Creek and Gilbert. Since honeybees pollinate thousands of plant, tree, and flower species and help sustain us through a variety of food sources, they are crucial to the biodiversity and sustainability of the planet.

In order to create an environmental education opportunity for visitors to understand more about the importance of bees, Visit Mesa has partnered with the international company Alvéole. Using their global platform and beekeeping services will enable ecological preservation. The collaboration in this project is centered on sustainability and ways that each individual can help save urban bee colonies.

Although guests are not permitted access to the bee hives, they can geocache on the farm property as part of Visit Mesa's Fresh Foodie Trail Geo Tour. The bee hives are situated at Freeman Farms. The geo tour connects tourists to farms and gastronomic attractions in Mesa and the surrounding area with more than 10 stops overall. Each farm is represented by a unique collectible sticker.
