À propos de ce contenu audio

Hell of Horror is the twisted ride you didn’t know you needed. Join host Sean Colley as he lures his unsuspecting co-host, Ashley Martindale, into watching some of the worst horror films ever cursed onto screen. It's bad movies, good banter, and a hellish amount of fun.© 2026 Sean Colley & Ashley Martindale Art

    • Severance With A Severed Finger
      Dec 1 2025

This week on Hell of Horror, we try to talk about the 2006 horror-comedy Severance — but the film isn’t the only thing getting severed…

What starts as a normal episode (well, as normal as it gets with us) quickly spirals into chaos when Sean shows up missing a chunk of his finger thanks to a workplace mishap that feels like something straight out of the film. Cue cockney-rhyming-slang quizzes, painkiller-powered rambling, and far too many finger jokes.

      But that’s not all.

Between recordings, Ashley wanders into what appears to be a goth drag night in the live music venue our studio is attached to — and somehow that still isn’t the strangest thing that happens in the episode.

We do eventually get around to talking about Severance (2006): corporate team-building gone wrong, questionable leadership decisions, and the undeniable fact that Danny Dyer might be the patron saint of British horror chaos.

It’s an episode full of gore, giggles, hospital stories, and absolute nonsense — basically, a perfect Hell of Horror night.

    • Grimcutty: Parental Panic & Pure Pain
      Nov 17 2025

In this week’s episode of Hell of Horror, Sean comes armed with three mysterious film pitches… but leaves Ashley to make the ultimate choice. Of course, Ashley picks Grimcutty (2022) — the internet-meme-turned-monster movie where paranoid parents bring a digital nightmare to life.

      What follows?

Chaos. Regret. And Sean questioning every decision that led him to this moment.

Ashley, surprisingly, has a good time. Sean? He finds the whole thing absolutely unbearable, and he’s not shy about saying so. Expect laughs, mild suffering, and a deep dive into one of 2022’s strangest horror concepts.

    • Halloween Special: Livescream & Livescreamers (ft. Michelle Iannantuono)
      Nov 3 2025

It’s our Halloween Special, and what starts out as a totally normal episode somehow turns into our biggest one yet.

Sean brings Livescream (2018) to the table — a found-footage horror about a streamer who probably should’ve just logged off. Ashley’s already rolling his eyes before the intro’s done… but shockingly, both of us end up loving it. Like, “begging for a sequel” levels of loving it.

And wouldn’t you know it — there is a sequel. Livescreamers (2023). So of course, we make it a full-on double feature, because clearly we have no self-control.

But here’s where things get wild: between recordings, Sean somehow gets in touch with the writer and director Michelle Iannantuono… and she actually agrees to come on the show! Yep, this episode has two movies and an interview with the person who made them.

So grab your candy, turn off your lights, and join us for a Halloween special that started with a “meh” and ended with a “holy sh*t, this is awesome.”
