Julia Bezya/Юлия Безверхая is a Hairstylist and Educator from Lubny, Ukraine. Julia acquired her education at Erteqoob in Kyiv, and vigorously pursued advanced training after her initial education. She went on to become an educator at SACO Academy in Ukraine before arriving at Nova Arts Salon in Downtown, Los Angeles.
