I have long carried around the question, what is health. Its a huge question. Unpacking it has a been a preoccupation of my adult life.
The past two years brought a special flavour to it, and an opportunity to learn about it from global perspectives as covid united us in our study of it.
Our health is our buffer to all the risks and harms. The healthier we are, the more resilient we are.
If you know that your health is your true wealth, then Grow Your Health Academy is a call to the answer of what to do about it.
The academy offers a carefully designed curriculum to educate and facilitate healing with 8 fundamental health actions. One topic per month, taught by two different teachers from different perspectives. A multidisciplinary, international faculty who are committed to the vision of inspiring health through education, connection and community outreach.
