In this episode, we talk with the Ground Floor Murals who have been painting beautiful street murals in San Diego since early 2020. Paul and Signe were laid off from their 9-5 jobs early during the pandemic and decided to take a risk by trusting their craft and pursuing careers in the art field. Now, not only are you seeing their pieces all over the city of San Diego, but they’re also building community and paying homage to the cultures that formed them. They’re also inspiring their neighbors and beautifying the city’s walls with images that instill pride in our communities.
