Welcome back to the Grief Forward podcast. In this episode, Jenna is talking with a very special guest - Casey Gainey - who will be focusing on grief in unexpected life changes and exploring creative ways we can help ourselves get through grief.
Casey is a creative soul. She's a therapeutic arts facilitator, trauma-informed coach, and yoga instructor. She combines these tools into workshops and classes that allow for deeper emotional awareness and release. She also teaches elementary special education for students with emotional disabilities.
