À propos de ce contenu audio

On the Good Talk with Tiffany Santana Podcast, my goal is to have Good Talk, with Great People,to Help Us Live Our Best Lives.

In a time when negativity and discord can seem so pervasive, I want to pull hope, inspiration, and joy from conversations with people of all walks of life. With a focus on the individual journeys of my guests, I love delving into the backstory, answering questions like, “How did you get here?” “Who or what were your greatest influences?” “What did you learn, or how did you grow from your experiences?” and “What advice can you give us to help us live better?”

I love to have connective conversations while creating a comfortable, safe, and warm atmosphere. Each episode should be as educational as it is entertaining, and audiences should leave with at least one actionable, tangible nugget that, if applied, can help sow the seeds of transformation or cause mindset and heart shifts. I also want to create an environment where my guests can highlight and promote things that matter to them.

Recent events and public discourse have resurfaced painful reminders of how dehumanization and racism continue to show up in our society. For many—especially within the Black community—these moments are not abstract. They are personal, historical, and heavy.

In this timely conversation, I sit down with Loki Mulholland, filmmaker, activist, and son of legendary civil rights worker Joan Trumpauer Mulholland.

Rather than reacting with outrage alone, this episode invites us to pause and ask deeper questions:

How do we respond to racism without losing our humanity?

What does courage look like in moments of division?

What responsibility do everyday people have in shaping a more just future?

Loki shares powerful lessons from his mother’s life—lessons rooted in moral clarity, quiet bravery, and sustained action. This is not a conversation about politics. It’s a conversation about people, principles, and personal responsibility.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, angry, discouraged, or unsure of how to move forward, this episode offers something different:

context, grounding, and a path toward meaningful action.

🕊️ This is an invitation to listen.

      🕊️ To reflect.

🕊️ And to choose courage—right where you are.

      Join the conversation:

What stood out to you in this episode? How are you choosing to respond in this moment? Share your thoughts in the comments. I read and respond.

If this conversation resonates, please like, share, and subscribe to Good Talk with Tiffany Santana so more people can find thoughtful, hope-centered dialogue when it’s needed most.

Thank you for being here—and for choosing to engage with intention.

If you’ve ever felt stuck—even though you’re disciplined, capable, and driven—this conversation is for you.

In this episode of Good Talk with Tiffany Santana, Tiffany sits down with Greggy Amisial, Chief Activating Officer and co-founder of Activating YoU, for a powerful conversation about momentum, clarity, and why focus itself can sometimes be the problem.

Greggy challenges the idea that success only follows one narrow path. He introduces a fresh way of thinking about passion, priorities, habits, and performance—especially for high achievers who are good at many things but feel frustrated or boxed in.

In this episode, we talk about:

Why high achievers often feel stuck even when they’re doing “all the right things”

How opening your “aperture” creates more pathways to purpose

Why not everything deserves 100% of your energy

The difference between quitting and pivoting

How habits, systems, and momentum work together

What it really means to “run the play” long enough to see results

This is an honest, encouraging, and practical conversation for anyone navigating transition, pressure, or the tension between potential and fulfillment.
