Whilst the passage of scripture that describes Christians as the temple of the Holy Spirit is among the most popular in theological literature, many do not live as though this is the reality. The Bible teaches us that your body is God's house, and the responsibility is on you to glorify Him through it. This means you cannot allow your body to be ravaged by sin, Satan, or any form of ailment.

As the temple of the Holy Spirit, your health ought to be perfect; you must say no to any form of imperfection in your body, as God designed you with perfection in mind! No illegal transaction should take place concerning you and your body because the Holy Ghost lives in you. Affirm who God has made you in this life, irrespective of the challenges you may be facing, by declaring health in your body today!

PROPHETIC DECLARATION

My body is perfect! No form of sickness can ravage my life. God lives in me. Devil, you have already lost in Jesus’ Name! Amen

My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.

Most Christians are acquainted with a limited view of salvation. They think Jesus came solely to save us from our sins and bear our infirmities, yet this isn’t all. His resurrection empowered you to live above the ordinary! Poverty and sickness are aspects of ordinary life, realities that you, child of God, should never accept or accommodate.

When you welcome things contrary to how God desires you to live, you’re like an eagle raised in a chicken coop! Even though you’re the king of the sky, as long as you live among the chickens, you will behave like them and fall sick to the same diseases. You’ll never know how high you can soar as long as you stay comfortable in a state of mundaneness. Walk in the reality of who God has made you; you were born to soar above the systems of this world. Live like it!

PROPHETIC DECLARATION

I am flying high! I was raised in this world, but I am not of it. I am soaring above every attack of the enemy. The tools that can harm have not and will never be created in Jesus’ Name!

The breakdown of any relationship, whether marital or companionable, is when communication ceases to exist. Many Christians today do not realise the role of the Holy Spirit in their lives and, in turn, neglect vital dialogue with Him on a daily basis. The Father is in Heaven, and the Lord Jesus is in Heaven, meaning the God we relate with today is the Holy Spirit! He is what makes the presence of Jesus real to us, making it essential for you to not only acknowledge Him but speak with Him regularly, involving Him in absolutely every area of your life.

The Word describes Him as the Comforter who resides in us forever. So, whenever you face turmoil or the challenges of life, you are never alone as you have an ever-present help with you at all times. Cultivate an intimate relationship with the Holy Spirit by consistently speaking in tongues today and see bountiful results spring forth.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION

The Holy Spirit is more than a friend to me. I involve Him in every aspect of my day. I know He's always with me; I communicate with him through prayer on a regular basis. Amen.

When God formed the world, money didn’t exist! Money is simply a societal evolution. Yet, many act as though it fell from Heaven, which simply isn't true. Are you aware that for decades, the money in your bank isn’t backed by physical banknotes but by a digital record of figures on a computer screen associated with your name as proof you have money there? That shows that, in this day and age, money is an illusion: it exists only in the eyes of the poor.

Your true value doesn’t lie in the amount of money you have in your pocket or the safety deposit box. Poverty isn’t a lack of finances. If you can focus your attention on developing your mind and heart, the quality of your character will control how much money responds to you.

Don’t let money rule you, it’s an illusion! Even the Bible says to store your treasures in Heaven, where they truly matter. Don't be so obsessed with the love of money, and you’ll see it come to you effortlessly. Take your mind off monetary things. Instead, look towards God's purpose for your life, and everything else will follow.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION

Money is not a master over me! When I invest time in improving myself through God's Word, I change how money responds to me. Amen.

Penguins live in the coldest climates on Earth, enduring temperatures that reach minus sixty degrees Celsius every day. The feathers are built perfectly for harsh weather conditions and extra layers of fat to retain body heat and absorb sunlight. Still, none of these tools work as effectively as the penguin huddle! When huddled together (a form of social thermoregulation), at its centre, the waddle of penguins can reach heat of up to thirty-seven degrees Celsius.

Like the penguin, as a Christian, you have been given all the power to sustain yourself in the conditions of this cold world, equipped with the Word of God to keep you warm. However, there is immense benefit in strengthening your brothers and sisters in the Lord that can exceed even the prayers you do concerning yourself. You are huddled together with friends or family who are all aligned in the same vision as you. Learn to intercede for your neighbours and brethren around the world as they pray for you.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION

Like penguin’s huddle to keep each other warm in the cold weather, I strengthen my brothers and sisters in the Lord through my prayers to sustain both their lives and my own, no matter the condition, in Jesus’ Name! Amen.

God's Word empowers you to walk in the purpose He has designed for you, but the choice to enact it lies with you. The responsibility is on you to answer the call of God upon your life or not. In essence, you can kill your Godly purpose if you desire to live life contrary to the excellence God intended for you to live. For example, if you choose to live in mediocrity and are content with little, you kill every plan God had for you to be a Kingdom Financier. Remember, His vision for you is for your good and for His glory!

The verse above proves that God set you apart before you were even formed in your mother’s womb. So, when you accept the ordinary life of sickness and poverty, you are choosing not to fulfil your purpose in Christ. Choose to be a Christian who lives a life fully realised in Christ, acting upon what He has called you to be in this world!

PROPHETIC DECLARATION

Before I breathed my first breath, GOD CHOSE ME! I will fulfil the calling He has placed over my life in Jesus' Name. Amen.

Jesus said, Take ye away the stone. Martha, the sister of him that was dead, saith unto him, Lord, by this time he stinketh: for he hath been dead four days.

Lazarus’s resurrection not only shows Christ’s power but also exposes the mindset of many Christians today.

Though Lazarus’ sister Martha believed in God’s power, she cried out to Jesus that He arrived too late, four days after her brother’s death. The scriptures show that, several days prior, the sisters notified the Lord Jesus of their brother's illness, so why didn't he rush to them? Why was he late?

The answer is simple; Jesus wasn't late; He was right on time!

In Jewish tradition, someone's soul is believed to linger in the body for up to three days after death. By waiting until the fourth day, Jesus left no doubt that Lazarus was truly dead and that resurrecting him could only be by the power of God himself!

Many Christians hold grievances against God for times they think he showed up too late yet fail to account for what His larger plan may be! He is called the Extraordinary Strategist. Whatever the situation, He is bringing life and right on time!

PROPHETIC DECLARATION

GOD IS RIGHT ON TIME! I serve a God who is the Extraordinary Strategist. He is bringing new life to every area of my being today! Amen.

Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.

Today’s scripture highlights something extraordinary about our Lord Jesus, He willingly laid down His life for us. No prophet, shepherd, or rabbi ever did that. He wasn’t the first to be crucified, but He was the first to die in the place of others.

He intentionally laid down His life of His own free will. He could have easily delivered Himself from the hands of those who crucified Him. He certainly had the power, but He chose to go to the cross and die for sinners.

Everything the Lord Jesus did was because of His love for you and me. The reason He was born, lived, died, and rose again to life was that we "might have and enjoy life to the full" (John 10:10). Who on this earth has this manner of love? The answer is no one. Today, meditate on this great love God has shown mankind. Give Him thanks and glorify Him for willingly laying down His life so you can enjoy yours to the fullest.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION

I prophesy a life that is full. Full of joy, peace, prosperity, love and all the other great blessings that come with my salvation. I am loved by God; my heart is spoken for! Thank you, Lord! Amen.
