  • 001: Why Doing Everything Right Still Isn’t Working: How to Break Free From Good Girl Conditioning and Build a Business That Works for You
    Apr 13 2026

You did everything right. You worked hard and became the person people rely on and on the surface… that looks like success.

If you’re honest, you are overextended, underpaid, and quietly exhausted. You know you’re capable of more, but it’s not translating into your business in the way you expected.

In this first episode of the Good Girl Rebellion podcast, I’m talking directly to you.

We explore what good girl conditioning really is, how it shows up in business, and why so many capable women find themselves stuck even when they’re doing all the 'right' things.

This isn’t about working harder or changing who you are.

It’s about understanding the patterns that have shaped how you work… and choosing a different way forward.

    In this episode, we cover:

    • Why doing everything right isn’t getting you the results you want
    • How good girl conditioning shapes the way you approach business
    • The shift from following rules to building something of your own
    • Why you’re not broken — you were trained for a different game

If something in this resonates, you’re in the right place.

You don’t need to keep proving yourself, and you don’t need permission.

You just need a different way forward.

  • 002: Why You’re Not Doing What You Know Would Help Your Business: How to Build a Resilient Mindset and Take the Next Right Step
    Apr 15 2026

If you think about it, you probably already know what would help your business. The strategy isn’t the problem.

So why aren’t you doing it?

In this episode, we’re diving into the first part of the REBEL framework: Resilient Mindset.

Building a business doesn’t just require skill. It requires the ability to keep going when things feel uncertain, uncomfortable or unclear.

And if you were raised to be responsible, prepared and approved of, as all good girls were, that’s not something you were trained to do.

    In this episode, we explore:

    • Why knowing what to do isn’t enough in business
    • How good girl conditioning affects your ability to take action
    • Why fear, hesitation and overthinking are not personal flaws
    • What a resilient mindset actually looks like in practice
    • A simple way to get yourself moving again

You don’t need to feel ready, you just need to take the next step.

  • 003: Why You’re Not Getting Things Done in Your Business: How to Create a Way of Working That Actually Supports You
    Apr 20 2026

You know what to do and yet… it’s not getting done.

If you’ve ever found yourself with big plans, long to-do lists, and not much actually moving forward, this episode is for you.

Because this isn’t about discipline and it’s not about working harder.

It’s about the shift from being externally driven — by deadlines, expectations and accountability — to needing to create that structure for yourself. And that’s not something most of us were ever taught.

In this episode, we’re diving into the next part of the REBEL framework: Everyday Action.

    We explore:

    • Why getting things done in your own business feels so different
    • How good girl conditioning affects your ability to follow through
    • Why 'just do it' doesn’t work
    • What’s really behind overwhelm and lack of action
    • A simple way of working that helps you build momentum and move forward

You don’t need to do more or be more disciplined; you need a way of working that actually supports you.

  • 004: Why You Struggle With Being Visible in Your Business: How to Show Up, Share What You Do and Start Making Sales
    Apr 27 2026

You can talk about other people’s work easily so why does it feel so much harder when it’s your own?

If you’ve ever found yourself holding back, overthinking what to say, or worrying about 'bothering people' … this episode is for you.

Because this isn’t about confidence and it’s not about having the perfect marketing strategy.

    It’s about visibility.

And for many of us, that’s the part that feels most uncomfortable.

In this episode, we’re diving into the next part of the REBEL framework: Bold Visibility.

    We explore:

    • Why putting yourself out there feels so hard
    • How good girl conditioning shows up in your marketing
    • The real reason you hold back from sharing your work
    • Why you’re not 'bothering people' by talking about what you do
    • How to think about selling in a way that actually feels good
    • A simple way to start showing up consistently

You cannot be the best-kept secret and grow a business. Your job is to let people know what you do and invite them in.

  • 005: Why You Know You’re Undercharging (But Haven’t Changed It): How to Start Pricing in a Way That Actually Works
    May 4 2026

You probably already know you’re undercharging so why aren't you changing things?

If you’ve ever set a price and immediately questioned it, avoided increasing your prices, or felt uncomfortable asking for more… this episode is for you.

Because this isn’t about knowing what to charge and it’s not about getting better at maths.

It’s about how it feels to charge properly.

In this episode, we’re diving into the next part of the REBEL framework: Empowered Pricing.

    We explore:

    • Why pricing feels so much more emotional than it should
    • How early messages about money still influence your decisions
    • Why good girl conditioning makes it harder to charge more
    • What’s really behind undercharging
    • Why discomfort doesn’t mean your pricing is wrong
    • A simple way to start increasing your prices

You don’t need to earn the right to charge properly. Your pricing needs to support your business, not your comfort zone.

  • 006: Why Traditional Goal Setting Doesn’t Work for You: How to Set Goals That Actually Move You Forward
    May 11 2026

In this episode of the Good Girl Rebellion podcast, we’re talking about the final part of the REBEL framework: Liberating Results.

A lot of capable women are successful on paper. We work hard, achieve goals and keep moving forward - but when we stop and ask ourselves what we actually want, the answer can feel surprisingly unclear.

In this episode, Anna explores why so many good girls find it easier to work towards other people’s goals than define success for themselves. We talk about busy work versus meaningful work, why committing to goals can feel uncomfortable, and how to start building a business and life that genuinely works for you.

    Anna also shares:

    • Why good girls are trained to achieve goals, not necessarily choose them
    • How external accountability affects motivation
    • Why being busy can become a distraction from bigger decisions
    • A gentler approach to goal setting using 'good, better, best'
    • Why changing direction is not the same as failure
    • How to focus on freedom, fulfilment and values alongside growth

This episode is an invitation to stop asking what you 'should' want and start defining success on your own terms.

  • 007: Why Good Girls Over-Give in Relationships: How to Stop Losing Yourself and Start Advocating for Your Needs
    May 18 2026

Why do so many women end up exhausted and resentful in relationships… while still feeling guilty for wanting more?

Why do we become the one who remembers everything, carries everything and quietly keeps everything running?

And why is it so hard to simply ask for what we need?

In this week’s episode, I’m joined by relationship strategist and therapist Katie Rössler for a fascinating conversation about good girl conditioning in relationships.

We talk about over-giving, hyper-independence, emotional labour, people pleasing and the pressure many women feel to earn love through usefulness.

This conversation really got me thinking about how many women become “the reliable one” in every area of life - at work, at home, in friendships and in relationships - and how easily that can slide into resentment, burnout and completely losing ourselves in the process.

    We also explore:

    • why women often become the 'manager' instead of the partner
    • why hinting isn’t the same as asking directly
    • learning to tolerate disappointing people
    • the link between usefulness and self-worth
    • why hyper-independent women struggle to receive support
    • the 'glass balls vs rubber balls' analogy (which I LOVED)
    • and what becomes possible when women stop trying to earn love by over-functioning

Honestly, this episode felt like one of those conversations where you suddenly see your own patterns much more clearly.

If you’ve ever felt like you carry too much, do too much or quietly disappear inside your relationships… this one is for you.

    It’s time.
