In 1966, Ghana went to the Commonwealth Games and came back as one of the best performing countries. Ghana finished with 5 gold medals - one of those medals came from the 4x100m relay race. This episode recounts that race and the medal win with Ebenezer Oko Addy - one of the sprinters in the legendry as he talks through the race, the moments in Kingston before the race, life in Ghana in the 60s and Nkrumah.
