In this episode of the Girls in Property Podcast, I sit down with Danielle Hobson and we have a proper healthy debate around business. I share my view that business can feel hard at times, especially when you are in the thick of running it day to day. Danielle brings a different perspective, that business itself is not actually the hard bit, but that we as humans can sometimes make it feel that way.

We also touch on energetics, mindset, and how much self awareness plays a part in the results we create in business.

Carly shares how she moved from working as a civil servant into property flipping, learning as she went and using skills she already had. We talk honestly about the challenges she faced, how she pushed through them, and how she has gone on to complete flip after flip across Belfast.

We also get into the real side of property. Celebrating your wins, building a team you can rely on, understanding the role investors play, and learning how to move through the property market with confidence.
