 We are excited to have special guest Glenn Boothe on the podcast today. Glenn is a big part of the Better Dealers podcast helping us with production and distribution and it's a nice change of pace to have him in front of the microphone for this one! Michael and Glenn talk about getting started on something new. A lot of us are going to have to re-think our jobs and our businesses in the future. It is important to think through those ideas and test some of those ideas out as quickly as possible. Start small - commit to 5 minutes working on a new idea and ..boom...before you know it you have some momentum and you are off to the races! It has never been more important to tell your story. Document your past accomplishments and your past failures and the lessons learned. Write about how you envision the future of your industry and where you fit in it.
