  • The Garden Is You: Becoming Process-Oriented vs. Results-Oriented
    Aug 13 2026

What if the life you’re trying so hard to grow doesn’t need more from you — it just needs your attention?

In this episode, I’m reflecting on what it means to slow down, tend to your own garden, and become more process-oriented rather than results-oriented.

There is so much resistance that comes up when we’re asked to slow down. Especially when we’ve become accustomed to chasing more — more growth, more success, more experiences, more of whatever comes next. We can become so focused on cultivating something new that we forget to nourish what’s already here.

But a garden doesn’t grow because we constantly plant more seeds. It grows because we tend to it.

This is an invitation to come back to yourself, to notice what is already working, and to give your energy to what actually needs tending. Because the way we care for our own garden shapes how we show up for everything else — our relationships, our work, our families, and the life we’re creating.

Maybe the goal isn’t always to get somewhere.

Maybe there is something sacred about becoming willing to be here, in the process, and take care of what’s already growing.

  • Choose Curiosity Over Control
    Jul 8 2026

In this episode, we’re exploring the power of curiosity. I share why releasing the need to have every answer can create more peace, more trust, and more space for possibility. We’ll talk about how life’s unexpected moments can become invitations for reflection instead of resistance, and how those moments allow us to consciously choose who we want to become.

You’ll walk away with a new perspective on trusting the unfolding of your life, reconnecting with what is actually within your control, and intentionally creating a life that feels aligned with your values—not your fears.

If you’ve been feeling uncertain, stuck, or like you’re waiting for clarity before taking your next step, this conversation is your reminder that clarity isn’t always found in knowing. Sometimes it’s found in choosing.

    In this episode, we’ll explore:

    •Why curiosity creates more freedom.

•How to trust life without having every answer.

•Turning challenges into opportunities for reflection.

•What conscious creation really looks like in everyday life.

•Practical ways to choose how you show up, regardless of your circumstances.

Because while you can’t control everything that happens to you, you can always choose the person you’re becoming.

  • The Power of the Reframe: Changing the Narrative (full episode)
    May 12 2026

Sometimes healing isn’t about changing your entire life overnight — it’s about changing the way you hold yourself through it.

In this episode, we’re talking about the power of the reframe: the stories we tell ourselves, the meaning we attach to our experiences, and how our inner narrative can either keep us stuck or help us move forward.

We dive into emotional responsibility, self-soothing, optimism, trusting the path even when nothing makes sense yet, and what it really means to stop abandoning yourself in hard seasons. This conversation is about learning how to face your emotions instead of suppressing them, nourish yourself instead of waiting for someone else to save you, and trust that healing happens one day — and one choice — at a time.

Because at the end of the day, no one can regulate your nervous system for you, believe in you for you, or build your life for you. The relationship you have with yourself shapes everything.

If you’ve been moving through uncertainty, feeling emotionally overwhelmed, or trying to reconnect with yourself again, this episode is for you.
