- *Energy Audit:* Is the way you use your energy daily satisfying, or do you feel drained every morning?
- *Relationship Audit:* Are your relationships nourishing and expanding you, or are they making you shrink and feel drained?
- *Work Audit:* Is the work you put energy into—whether professional or caregiving—meaningful, purposeful, and empowering, or is it disempowering and draining?
- *Self-Perception Audit:* Do you like yourself and feel empowered when you look at yourself, or do you focus on traits you dislike?
- *Purpose Audit:* What do you feel is your one purpose on this planet, and how are you currently relating to it?
- *Identity & Beliefs:* Who do you think you are at the core of your being versus who you are currently being?
- *Values Assessment:* How are you currently honouring your top 10 values, and where are you in direct conflict with them?

- *Implement the Three Pillars of Strategy:*
- *Clarity:* Make a firm decision on your new identity (e.g., "I am a powerful, high-value woman").
- *Action:* For your chosen identity, identify one action to **start**, one to **stop**, and one to **protect**.
- *Environment:* Redesign your surroundings or join a community that mirrors your new identity and supports your goals.
- *Follow the 90-Day Roadmap:*
- *Month 1 (Choose and Live):* Take one or two habits and work through them daily; review weekly without judgment.
- *Month 2 (Test and Deepen):* Intentionally put yourself in situations that test your new habits to identify what causes you to regress.
- *Month 3 (Strengthen and Stabilize):* Establish three to five "non-negotiable" standards that define your new identity.
