As Paul advised the Philippians in Philippians 4 verse 6, to refrain from anxiety and instead make their requests known to God, we're encouraged not to be anxious but to bring our requests to God with confidence.

      Know that God loves and cares for you deeply, so instead of holding onto worry, try surrendering it to Him. You're not alone in this, and there's comfort in trusting God's care.
