She and her team bring a fresh take on practicing digital wellness. Niyamat is all about community, connecting IRL, educating and engaging in digital wellness practices. Niyamat is a 21-day digital wellness challenge comprising activities involving art, music and storytelling that empowers young people to regulate their use of digital media in healthy and productive ways. They have recently published a book “Bedtime Stories for Anxious Adults.” When looking at Niyamat and all they’ve accomplished, it’s easy to see that intentionality, love, and tapping into your inner child are the core practices.
