 Hello My name is Miguel Arias I'm from New Jersey but now I live in Chicago. We are going talk about mens mental health and how I deal with it. And Also we talk about fun things also like movies and sneakers and comic books and Tv and tech and a little of everything even travel. This a podcast to let my creativity out of the box. I will take any ideas if people want to talk about certain topics and or how I deal with things.
