    For days, the sanctuary of Eldath has felt dimmer, its fountains quieter, its gardens strangely still.

    When the party arrives, they find Sister Miranel — once the embodiment of gentle calm — pacing the stone paths with red‑rimmed eyes and hands that won’t stop trembling. The soft green robes of Eldath hang loose on her frame, as though she’s forgotten to eat. She clutches a string of prayer beads so tightly they creak.

    She tells you of her failure in a voice barely above a whisper. A sacred grove under her protection was defiled by poachers, its waters muddied, its peace shattered. No one blames her — no one but herself. In her grief, she has turned to an old legend, one spoken of only in half‑remembered hymns: the Garden of the Children, a hidden sanctuary deep within the flooded marshes where Eldath’s earliest disciples tended a place of perfect serenity.

    Somewhere within that drowned paradise lies the Amulet of Still Waters, a relic said to restore harmony to any heart burdened by guilt. Miranel believes this relic is her only hope of redemption. She begs you to retrieve it before others do — for word of the garden has spread. Rival adventurers, treasure hunters, and zealots have already begun slipping into the marshes, each with their own motives and none with your sense of honor. Some seek profit, others power, and a few whisper that the amulet’s peace is a lie.

    The marsh awaits: a place where lilies bloom in spirals against the current, where ancient statues weep sap, and where the echoes of lost Children drift like mist between the reeds. Somewhere in that drowned world lies a relic that could save a soul… or doom it.
