In don't by into this myth that aging necessarily means getting weaker, having worse health and so on. I think if we do the right things we can live for as long as we wish and look young for a very long time.

So let's take a look at all the things that are required in order that aging become just a number and no more an inevitable decline toward death but an opportunity to become healthier every year moving forward.
