Fruitful Talk with Kristen Pereira from Adalinda Fashion sustainable fashion. She creates sustainable fashion shows now since 2016. The footprint of fast fashion is great on our planet 🌍 footprint. We also have many brands that talk about sustainable fashion but their actions do not match their talk. Adalinda goes beyond just talking about being sustainable but rather it looks at the whole process of the brand from creation to consumption. If you talk about sustainability and zero waste but do not follow it with an action that demonstrates your commitment, then are you sustainable? Kristen shares with us her journey of stardom. Her first year was all about denying and looking for all the things she did not have to start such a business. Through this process and with a help of a coach she started seeing all she has to be able to make such a difference in the world of fashion. She went from a young woman not expressing who she is and she believes to a young woman following her dreams and making a difference. Her first fashion show was fully sold out with people waiting outside to get in. So was her last fashion before COVID 2020 in February 2020 of which I got the pleasure to be part. Though COVID has brought many challenges it also brought in new ideas and new ways of doing things. Like a virtual fashion show, a podcast, and new social media sharing her brand and story. The of Fruitful Talk and so that of Adalinda Fashion is to educate people around sustainable living, eco-friendly products all while doing our best to leave the smallest footprint on our planet. The journey to accomplishing all of this starts with ourselves.

Welcome to my first ever Fruitful Talk. I started the series at the end of 2020 and shared my first episode on January 7, 2021, on my YouTube channel. I faces some challenges since but now. I am taking it all back and now I am ready to share the podcasts. I am also working on new episodes.

Fruitful Talk is where I interview a person that from the bottom of his/her/their heart cares to contribute to society far beyond the materialistic world we are living in now. Living and desiring for a deeper connection to sustainability that contributes to the society and Mother Earth.

In this first episode, Pan Tang shares her journey of becoming a life coach. She left one of the most paying jobs to do something that is connected to her essence. A life lived from within is much more fulfilling than one with a pocket full of money and an unsatisfied heart.

Pan Tang shares her story of starting her own coaching business. She shares her challenges, joys, and rewards. Her journey of becoming a coach started over 4 years ago (at the time this is being shared closer to 6 years) when she was an actuary. I know many people who would love to have her profession and salary. Yet she chose a different path. One that feels authentic to her inner self and one where she touches people’s lives directly every day whether through one-on-one coaching or in a group.
