Today Tim Zomermaand owns and manages Real Estate in the Kansas and New Mexico markets. Investing in Real Estate since 1993 and committed all his attention to real estate endeavors starting in 2008. Since then, Tim manages and operates various RE companies.
Going against the current while disregarding others opinion’s Tim’s emphasis in Real Estate is providing quality housing at a value in the marketplace.
Tim’s Businesses encompass Green Tree Management Inc (a property management and home remodeling company), K&R RV Park LLC (a Kansas 63-unit RV park), Rental Homes, Airbnb, and SFH house flipping. To accomplish and manage a diversified portfolio like this, Tim relies upon strong teams, contractors, technology, and partners. What got him into real estate? His daughter and the ability to take her to school every day. When asked about his favorite quote he said “Hi have no legit quotes, but I often say
