Thank you for joining me for episode 2 of this podcast where I invite amazing people on and ask them if they have ever felt like a fraud and, if so, how they got past it.
This week I am humbled to be joined by the incredible Alicia Grimes!
Alicia is a cultural designer who helps business's create kinder, fairer places for people to work. She, along with her business partner Natalie Pearce, started the culture consultancy The Future Kind Collective which is where I first started to see what she was doing in this space and I instantly knew I wanted to talk to her!
In this episode Alicia talks about some of the systemic issues that lead her to feel like a fraud and how she has navigated these feelings to not only keep developing herself but also look to make places more comfortable for all so they can bring their very best selves to work! I hope you enjoy.
