I had the absolute privilege of sitting down with Lauren Fields, founder and CEO of Fieldswell, TEDx speaker, podcast host, Master's in Psychology, and one of the most inspiring humans I have ever had the privilege of being in a room with, inside her stunning Fieldswell Studios in Rancho Santa Fe.

This conversation wrecked me in the best possible way.

At 14 years old Lauren was life-flighted into a coma after a horse accident and woke up three days later with a traumatic brain injury. She could have let that define her. Instead, it became the very thing that propelled her into studying neuroscience, psychology, and human transformation and eventually building one of the most beautiful creative sanctuaries I have ever walked into.

This is a woman who chose to go all in on creating a life she truly loves, not in spite of her adversity but because of it.
