Using binaural beats, isochronic tones, rhythmic drumming, ambient textures, and soothing frequencies, each episode creates a calm, predictable sound environment designed to support concentration, relaxation, and nervous system regulation.

We understand that sound is subjective; someone's heavenly sound, might be the next person's hellish sound! So we are creating as many variations of sounds we can, so that everyone will be able to find a sound that is JUST RIGHT for them.

Each episode is produced by Clare Llewellyn-Bailey, who is herself, an AuDHD woman who works as a counselling psychotherapist (MBACP) and podcaster.

I'm Clare, a counsellor and musician with AuDHD who has found that certain sounds have helped me: soothe my heightened emotions when agitated, upset or overloaded, stay regulated at work, and fall asleep much more easily every night.
