Welcome to the pilot episode of the Finish What You Started Podcast.

In this solo episode, I (Daniel Walker) dive into my journey to the Cairns Ironman—unfiltered, unscripted, and very much a work in progress. This is the first attempt, and yes, it’s raw. I ramble. I go off on tangents. It’s awkward at times. But that’s the whole point - this is a start, and every start is messy.

If you’re listening, thank you for giving it a shot. It’s surprisingly hard having a conversation with yourself, but I’ve done my best to reflect honestly on the highs, the lows, and the lessons learned along the way. There’s some fluff and pretty boring bits but hopefully there’s also something real and motivating in here that keeps you moving forward too.

This episode will eventually be taken down and re-recorded with a more polished structure (and video!), but for now - this is me, putting one foot in front of the other.

If you make it to the end... congratulations on "Finishing What You Started" 😅

Thanks for being here and happy to get your feedback, good, bad or otherwise.
