Welcome to "Finding My Way: One Breath. One Stretch. One Laugh at a Time." This podcast is a chill space where I share my personal journey with anxiety and depression and how we can all ease into tranquility and own our well-being.

Please note that while all are welcome to tune in and join the conversation this podcast will center on challenges faced by my African American peeps over 40, with a laser focus on men's mental health.

Each bi-weekly 15 to 30 minute episode will feature my personal trials and triumphs as well as the invaluable knowledge and insights of my guests showcasing how yoga and mindfulness, and a few other resources and tools, can seriously upgrade our everyday journeys with a bit more Zen.

So, sit back, settle into your safe space and join me as we shift from surviving to THRIVING and embracing a more peaceful life of joy and living on purpose! The podcast will launch on my birthday, May 11, 2024 so please tune in and let's get the conversation going! Peace!
