Ariana Novak is a passionate, empathetic and community cultivating being with a deep desire for connection and helping others heal and live a healthy life. She’s one of the co-owners of hustl and flow and more recently of their latest adventure, Everlove, in Collingwood.
In this conversation, we hear about Ariana’s three week turned six-month journey in Costa Rica and how this was so pivotal for her own personal healing. This weaves into the power of darkness, inner child work, and the manageability of stress. With the chaos of last year, there’d been a hold on this release, and so much has changed since we recorded in October! Ariana and her now fiancé have settled in Collingwood and are expecting a baby in the next two months! Ariana’s entire world right now is all about creation, and she’s found her flow.
